Shipping and Handling
All packages are sent be royal mail.
For all UK orders, we charge a baned rate
£10.00 and under £1.50
£10.01 - £15.00 £2.00
£15.01 - £25.00 £2.95
All order over £25.00 are Free within the UK.
Packages are usually posted First Class (Dependant on weight). Heavier packages are posted using economy shipping.

Delivery time
We aim to ship all items with in 48 hours (normally with-in 24 hours).
As most parcels are dispatched by first class post within the UK delivery time should be one or two working days after posting however Donemark Crafts are not liable for the service by Royal mail or any courier service we use.
A package is not deemed "lost" by the Royal Mail until 15 working days has passed after the post date. If after checking with the sorting office the package still hasn't arrived , we will replace your missing goods.
Returns policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase send it back to us in an unopened re-sell able condition for a friendly no questions asked 30 day refund. Items are returned at your expense and the p&p cannot be refunded. We are unable to exchange paper/cardstock. No money will be refunded until the goods have been received back by us.Please send returns to
